I speak through personal experience when I say that hydrotherapy can work wonders. A stressful corporate career spanning 23 years led to a litany of chronic health issues, most notably with my digestion. I also experienced thinning hair, multiple food sensitivities, anxiety, depression and more.
I tried everything from juicing and fasting to elimination diets and other exotic nutritional therapies, all to no avail. After spending years of my life and thousands of dollars, I still couldn’t properly concentrate on my work or personal life due to the physical, mental and emotional strain of my digestive issues. Thankfully, I found a solution before suffering any permanent damage.
I found the amazing benefits of colon hydrotherapy the hard way, but you don’t have to. I opened Scottsdale Hydrotherapy as a way for me to share my experience and my healing with those who suffer as I once did. I know you may be feeling some hesitance, maybe even some embarrassment, but I assure you – I’ve been there. And you don’t have to be there any longer. The help you’ve been looking for is here. Contact us today and experience it for yourself!
Through colon hydrotherapy and clean eating, I not only sorted out my digestive issues, but I experienced some wonderful side effects as well, including a major boost in energy, improved mental health and a renewed sense of purpose and joy in my life. Everything from my work performance to my relationships improved.

Colon cleansing while decreasing the overall toxic load is essential. Scottsdale Hydrotherapy provides a clean, safe, beautiful space to receive this therapy.
Colon Hydrotherapy combined with lymphatic drainage and the modalities within the HOCATT supply a full detox experience all while surrounded by a supportive team and community. You can’t go wrong with Scottsdale Hydrotherapy!
In our spare time we enjoy traveling, concert going and attending sporting events. After working in the intensive care unit, the thought of focusing more on preventative health intrigued me, that’s when I found
Scottsdale Hydrotherapy.
My favorite service we offer is the Dermashape lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic system is one of the most complex systems in the body and most people don’t truly understand it. I love this service because it is customizable to each clients specific needs using heat, suction and tissue manipulation to allow the lymphatic system to flow efficiently.
Wellness is the goal, and that looks differently for every person. Each massage session is an opportunity to create a unique and individualized experience based off whatever might be going on that day in your life; and that varies all the time!
I love working on the "desserts" aka feet, hands, and scalp for that yummy melting relaxation as well as tenderizing the muscles and getting those pesky knots to disappear (hopefully forever!). I adore adventuring and doing all the things that make the body sore and in need of a massage!
Hiking and scuba diving are my all time favorites; as high up, or as low down as the earth allows me to safely go. My favorite post activity tools are using a red light device by Celluma paired with CauseMedic CBD relief cream and using an Edge Cupping set to decompress the muscles. After traveling, receiving a colonic gets me regulated back to normal and the HOCCAT restores balance from the inside out. By the end of the day, I like to sit back with some delicious TYG herbal tea, while enjoying a TYG candle warmed near by and reading a nice mystery book or working on a crochet project to gift to my friends and family.
I come from a sports medicine background. I specialize as an athletic trainer with a masters in performance, enhancement and injury prevention. I brought in my specialty by getting my personal training certification. As a whole my background is in nutrition, overall wellness as well as pre-and post injuries.
I’ve been in the wellness space for over five years. What brought me to it was my own health and journey with having celiac disease, as well as helping my family and friends with making better choices, nutritionally and overall for their mental and physical health .
I was born and raised in the heart of Chicago. My favorite hobbies are doing anything crafty or making a new recipe, or participating in anything challenging to stretch my mind including a challenging workout. My favorite way to unwind is either at home with my fur babies or out to dinner with family and friends.
My favorite service is the HOCATT, my goal is to do this weekly to help with my own detoxification, and this is truly helped me to learn to take a beat by sitting in the sauna for 30 minutes and making sure to really unwind and utilize the new calm system so that I can give my body the best fighting chance so I can be as healthy as possible.
After spending 15 years as an aesthetician, her curiosity about the connection between our internal health and how we look and feel on the outside inspired her to expand her knowledge into gut health and whole-body wellness.
She believes everything in the body is connected and loves continuing to learn about the many ways we can support our health from the inside out. At Scottsdale Hydrotherapy, Amanda loves helping clients feel better, understand their bodies, and feel empowered in their wellness journey.
Outside of work, you can usually find her working out, staying active, or spending time with her family.
