Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please call us at (480) 840-7021 or Book Online with the above purchase links. If we are in a session with a client and are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail or and we will get back to you promptly.

To schedule your session(s) please go online through our scheduling calendar for available session times.
If a preferred time is not available, please e-mail or call me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 602-793-0616 and we will work with your time availability to find a time that suits your schedule.

Arriving Late for an Appointment
Please call our office if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will then be available to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. Any appointment NOT cancelled 24 hours in advance is subject to a loss of your pre-paid session or a $95.00 fee. Please keep in mind “No shows” are charged 100% of services booked. If you buy a package your sessions will expire within 6 months if not used.
*Late check-in may shorten the length of your appointment
There are no refunds for colon hydrotherapy for any reason.
Colonic series expires in 6 months. You must use all of your sessions within 6 months.
Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment time to fill out the client health questionnaire or request to have paperwork emailed to you. If the therapist is still in session with another client, please see the receptionist and she will provide you with the health questionnaire on a clipboard. Feel free to have a seat in our waiting area. You can also select the blue button on the bottom right hand corner to download our intake form.
