In our case, this would apply to you if you have a particular medical diagnosis that would prohibit us from performing colon hydrotherapy. Below is a list of diagnoses that may be a contraindication for colon hydrotherapy. Our suggestion is to contact us to discuss your medical issue, if you fall into one of these situations, so we can discuss.

** Abdominal Hernia, Aneurysm, Abdominal Surgery in the past 3 months, Bleeding Hemorrhoids, Cancer of Gastrointestinal Tract, Cardiac Disease that is severe, Cirrhosis of the Liver, Epilepsy, Fissures, Fistulas, Pregnancy in 2nd or 3rd Trimester, Renal Insufficiency/Kidney Failure, Seizures **

Physician Note Requested - Colonics can be very helpful and provide healing for the conditions listed below. But it is important for our therapist to know about complications you may be experiencing and the medications you are taking due to your illness. Because of that, we require a note from your physician. The note, on your physician’s letterhead with his/her signature can simply say that the physician understands that their patient is pursing colonics, that there are no contraindications, and they can also let us know if there are any imitations we need to be aware of. We do this, because your health and treatment is of the upmost important to us.

**Anemia that is severe and untreated, Colitis, Crohn’s Disease, Diverticulitis, Diverticulosis, Gastrointestinal or Rectal Bleeding that has occurred within the last 3 months, Hyper/Hypothermia, Lymph Cancer, Pregnancy (in the 1st trimester)**

If you or your physician would like any additional information about colonics, please just reach out and let us know. We would be happy to provide the needed information.
